Most of the reaction to the different approach has been negative but officials with the broadcasters claim their ratings are up. When asked about the negative feedback, the executive director of FSN, Tom Feuer said, "I'm going to get killed for this, but if these people truly don't like ‘Rinkside View,' then don't watch."-For what it's worth, we've watched a few Ducks and Kings broadcasts with Rinkside View through our Gamecenter package. We're not fans of it. It almost gives you a headache with how tight the camera is angled in on the puck. When given the choice, we've watched other games based on the inclusion of Rinkside View.-Given the.nhl's general troubles with television ratings, it's probably not the best approach to pretty much give the fans who are watching a verbal middle finger when they're disatissfied with your product.-Defenseman Kyle Quincey has been a nice pick up for the Kings.Norris Division-Glenn Anderson, Ed Chynoweth, Igor Larionov and Ray Scapinello were inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
